Design Your Corflute

Printable Area

Please adhere to the following instructions before submitting your materials:

Bleed size

The bleed size refers to the extra area added to the dimensions of the printed corflute. This additional space extends beyond the final trim size of the corflute. The purpose of the bleed is to ensure that when the design is trimmed to its final size, there are no unwanted white edges or borders. It allows for a small margin of error during the trimming process, ensuring that the design extends all the way to the edge without any gaps or white space.

Trim size

The trim size refers to the final dimensions of the printed product after it has been trimmed down from its original size. This is the size you select when creating your corflute and it represents the exact dimensions of the finished piece.

Safe margin size

The safe margin size is the area within the trim size where important text, images, or other crucial elements of the corflute design should be placed. It is a recommended margin or border within the trim size to ensure that no important content is positioned too close to the edge. Keeping essential elements within the safe margin helps prevent them from being cut off during the trimming process and ensures that they remain fully visible in the final printed product.

File Types

For optimal printing results, save your design as a PDF. The maximum file size is 200mb.

Resolution

Set the resolution of your design to 150dpi before you start designing. This way your print will be clear and sharp.

Colour Mode

Our printing machines are specifically designed to print using the CMYK colour mode. Ensure your design is in CMYK for the best results.
